This fruit bomb of flavor is not only good for your insides, but great for your skin. Cherries are packed full of antioxidants, which is great way to protect your skin from sun damage. Cherry juice can help with dark spots, skin discoloration and rosacea. Cherry juice also can kill most of the bacteria that causes acne. This little fruit has it all from protecting your skin from free radicals to help fighting acne. Here are some simple sweet recipes to help the skin.

Supplies:
  • Bag of Cherries
  • Greek yogurt
  • Honey
  • Sugar (optional)

Cherry Honey Mask

Wash and pit the cherries, then start to squeeze out all the juice.

Add 2 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 cup of sugar(optional).I put the sugar to get rid of dead skin cells.

Once you have 1/4 cup of cherry juice, which is about 20 cherries.

Apply on discolor areas or dark underarms, leave on for 20 minutes and wash off with warm water.

Cherry juice has been recently discovered as a skin lightener.

Cherry Yogurt

Wash, pit, and cut cherries in half. This will make is easier mash up for the mixture.

Mash up cherries with a fork until you have cherry pulp.Add 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and mix well.I used Greek yogurt because of its thick consistency.

Apply generously to your face and neck, leave on for 15-25 minutes . Wash off with warm water and as always splash cold water to close pores.

This yogurt mask will help soothe rosacea, and make you skin feel delightfully refresh.
