Going Bananas!!!



Today I am going bananas!
I am going bananas over my skin and hair in this next blog post and hopefully you will join me! Everyone knows bananas are a yummy nutritious treat, but not everyone is aware of the benefits it has towards your everyday beauty needs. Bananas are cheap and can be found almost anywhere, making it the perfect fruit to use for health and beauty maintenance. 
These bad boys can help fight wrinkles, oily skin, acne and more. Banana peels alone can help soothe mild Eczema, and Psoriasis as well. When you eat this delightful fruit you also help fight against cellulite and increase your blood flow. This helps breakdown the cellulite and any bad toxins. .Here are some recipes about to show you



The Banana Hair Mask


 Supplies
  •  1 Banana
  • Olive Oil
  • Fork
  • Bowl
So first you want to peel the banana, then place it in a bowl. Depending on how long or thick your hair is you might want to add another banana.



Mash up the banana, then put in two cap full of olive oil and mix well.






Grab a handful then take a small section of hair and rub in the banana mixture.




Once you have your hair covered in the banana mixture, leave it on for 30 minutes.
Then wash off with luke warm water.
Your hair should feel soft and smell yummy as well.

 2 Banana Face Mask


 Bananas and Yogurt
  
    Supplies
  •  1 mashed banana
  • 2 tbsp. yogurt
  • Fork


Take a banana peel it and then semi mash it up in a bowl.










Then add 2 tbsp. of plain yogurt and start mash the rest of the banana.







Once you have it to a semi paste, apply a generous amount to your face. Leave on for 25-30 minutes then wash off with warm water. Then slash cold water to close pores.


The banana yogurt mask should leave your skin with a radiant glow and feeling softer. This mask is the best to put on a hot summer night, it is so refreshing (*^^*)




 Banana and Oats

     Supplies
  •  Mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp. of yogurt


This is basically just like the banana yogurt mask, but with oatmeal. The oatmeal will act as a exfoliate.
So semi mash up a banana.



Add 1 tbsp. of yogurt and 1/4 cup of oatmeal and mash up the rest of the banana.



 It should come out kinda thick, apply generously on face or just on the problem areas. Leave on for 20-25 minutes, wash off with warm water follow by slash cold to close pores up.


The oatmeal banana mask will help with breakout and redness. Use it also for any irritation on the skin. This mask leave your skin looking and feeling super clean!






Banana Peel on Eczema or Psoriasis

 Supplies
  • 1 banana
  • 1 banana peel

Peel one banana, and eat the banana to help fight off any cellulite.
If you have mild eczema like me then you will love what the banana peel does for you. The banana peel will help soothe your irritated skin.
 Rub and leave the banana peel on for 10 minutes.Then wash off with warm water.
 When I did this I felt that my eczema felt better and less pink.
