Lemon-Aid(*^^*) Part 2

Here is another lemon entry with two different ways to brighten the skin and get rid of dead skin cells. The first by softening your feet, then next using lemon slice to exfoliate your face. Like I mentioned before, lemons helps increase the process of  ridding your body of dead skin cells.

Lemon foot bath

   Supplies:
  • 1 Cup of squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs of olive oil
  • Enough  water to fill your foot tub

Step 1:
Start by cutting  the lemon peel off and put the aside.
Then cut the lemon in half and squeeze into a bowl
measuring out to a cup.

 Step 2:
Mix in two tablespoons of olive oil into the squeezed lemon juice.
Then take the mixture and
pour it into a tub of water.

Step 3:
Next soak your feet for five minutes, then rinse with warm water and dry off feet.

Your feet should feel silky soft and refreshed. Do this once a week and your feet should look good all summer.

Lemon exfoliating slice
  Supplies:
  • Lemon
  • Bowl of sugar

Step 1:
Cut the lemon into two slices, then dip into the bowl of sugar.

Step 2:
Take the lemon slice; rub it on your face and lips.

Step 3:
Rinse your face with warm water, and scrub the sugar gently.
After all the sugar and water is all washed off rinse again with cold water to close your pores.
